We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.
Processing Time
All items in our store are made to order. This means they are created especially for you once you place an order, which helps reduce waste.

Please note: This processing time is not included in the shipping transit time.
Shipping Time & Rates
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order leaves our facility, here is the estimate for delivery:

Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, order size, and the shipping method you select.
Tracking Information
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Address Changes
We know mistakes happen! If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@miskin.shop.

Address changes are only possible before your order ships.

Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Delayed packages: If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, please contact us at support@miskin.shop and we will look into it for you.

Missing packages: If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you did not receive your order, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you. (Please refer to our Return Policy for more details).
